MEET RAY

New Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community

Ray Ledger Jr. has called Dickson County home since 1988 and Tennessee home since 1978, shaping his life around faith, family, service, and hard work. As the owner of Quick Flow HVAC, Ray has built a debt-free, community-focused business that reflects his values of integrity, honesty, and putting people first. He has spent decades serving the county through meaningful leadership roles, including three years on the Board of CASA of the Highland Rim, three years on the Dickson County Chamber of Commerce Board, and four years as both a member and President of the Dickson County Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. Ray has also led the Dickson Good Morning Rotary twice as President, served approximately two years on the TCAT Dickson HVAC Advisory Board, and is a graduate of Leadership Dickson’s 2019–2020 COVID-split class. Today, he continues strengthening his public leadership skills as he completes coursework toward Tennessee’s Certified Economic Developer credential.

Beyond his leadership positions, Ray has consistently invested in organizations that support families and improve the lives of people across the county. Through both Quick Flow HVAC and his personal commitment to service, Ray has contributed to the YMCA Endowment Fund, the Dickson County Help Center Endowment Fund, and provides ongoing support to CareNet, Saint Jude, Relay for Life, and the Nashville Rescue Mission. Whether he’s serving on a board, volunteering his time, supporting local charities, or helping families through his business, Ray shows up, works hard, and leads by example. These lifelong values—service, responsibility, fiscal stewardship, and genuine care for people, shape his vision for Dickson County: protect our rural character, support working families, modernize county operations, and ensure growth benefits the people who already call Dickson County home.

Join us in this journey to shape the future of Dickson County. Together, we can uphold our values, protect our community, and create a county where every family can thrive.
